  1. Order submission does not guarantee order fulfillment. To ensure the highest probability of your order being filled, please place orders as early as possible. Later orders will likely be placed on a Wait List.

  2. All oyster and clam seedare deemed viable upon receipt. While we take every measure to ensure the health and quality of our seed, survival and growth are dependent on environmental conditions and grower practices beyond our control. We do not guarantee performance, yield, or survival rates. Buyers assume full responsibility for the care, handling, and use of the seed upon delivery. Pathology testing is conducted on each lot by an accredited lab and is available upon request.
